Positive Women’s Network – USA (PWN – USA) strengthens the strategic power of women living with HIV in the United States by developing a leadership pipeline and policy agenda grounded in social justice and human rights. Korwin Consulting partnered with PWN – USA to support the development of an organizational evaluation framework and advocacy evaluation process. We facilitated a benchmark identification process and provided continued coaching as they developed an evaluation framework to accompany their strategic plan and build overall organizational evaluation capacity.
