Korwin Consulting designed a systems change template to analyze the impact of Phase I of Minnesota Girls Are Not For Sale, an initiative designed and led by the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota (WFM) to end child sex trafficking in Minnesota. The initiative combines grantmaking to community advocacy and service organizations, convening community partners and county and state agencies for joint planning and action, and advocacy for legislative and budgetary solutions. We are working closely with foundation staff to develop an evaluation design for Phase II of this initiative. Korwin Consulting is also helping the foundation build the evaluation capacity of its Pathways to Prosperity (P2P) grantees who are leading programs to build women’s and girls’ economic security at or in close partnership with community colleges. We are beginning work in developing a new organizational theory of change.
