With the understanding that domestic violence doesn’t stay at home when an individual goes to work, the Blue Shield Against Violence Program engaged Korwin Consulting in designing protocols and gathering promising practice materials regarding intimate partner violence. We worked in partnership with the program staff to develop materials to assist employers in creating, implementing, and improving institutional policies and practices to better respond to the threat and impact of intimate partner violence in the workplace.
